[ LEAKAUDIT MONITOR · ON-CALL ]

We autopsy your store every Sunday. You read the cause of death over coffee.

Every 7 days, the Coroner re-runs the full 8-category audit on your store. If a theme deploy crushes your trust score or a new app tanks your LCP, you get a one-line email naming what died and what it cost. Otherwise: silence. No dashboards to babysit.

01

Weekly autopsy

The same 8-category Coroner audit you ran free, repeated silently every Sunday night against your live storefront.

02

Regression alerts

A theme deploy tanked your LCP? A copy change crushed trust? You get one email naming the wound, the dollar amount it costs, and what to do about it.

03

Monthly digest

Once a month, a trend chart of every category + one fresh playbook section tailored to your weakest area. Forward it to your dev. Watch them fix things.

[ ROI MATH ]

One alert pays for a year of Monitor.

$19/mo × 12 = $228/year. The first time we catch a regression that would have cost you $228+ in lost monthly conversions, the subscription has paid itself off. Catching anything beyond that is upside.

[ ONE STORE'S WEEK ]

A Tuesday deploy. A Sunday autopsy. A Wednesday rollback.

Beauty brand. Installed a "social proof" app on Tuesday afternoon. By Sunday's autopsy, trust score had dropped 31 points — the app was injecting a third-party widget that broke the existing review block. The store owner had no idea.

Sunday email landed at 09:14: "Trust score dropped 31 points week-over-week. Your reviews are no longer rendering above-the-fold. Estimated impact: ~$4,200 in lost monthly conversions."

They uninstalled the app at 10:02. Score was back to baseline by Wednesday's confirmation re-audit. Without Monitor: would have bled for 2 weeks before they noticed in their own analytics.

[ WHAT MONITOR IS NOT ]

Not a real-time dashboard.

You don't open it. You don't check it. We email when something moves. Otherwise: silence.

Not a conversion tracker.

GA4 already does that. Monitor watches the 8 metrics that predict conversion drops, before they show up in the bottom line.

Not an app to install.

Just a URL and a card. Nothing on your storefront. Nothing in your theme. Zero performance impact.

Not a replacement for taste.

We tell you what dropped and why. Whether to fix it is still your call. The Coroner does diagnoses, not surgery.

[ FAQ ]

Things store owners ask before signing up.

What happens after I sign up? +

Card captured. The Coroner runs your baseline audit immediately — first reading lands on your dashboard within ~90 seconds. After that, Sunday autopsies start the next weekend. Trial is 14 days, no charge until day 15.

How is Monitor different from running the free audit weekly? +

It's not. The audit logic is identical. The difference is you don't have to remember. We run it on Sundays, store the trend, and only email you when a category moves >10 points week-over-week. Most weeks: silence. The weeks that matter: one email naming the wound.

What if my store scores low on the baseline? +

Then you have a baseline to improve from. Monitor watches deltas, not absolute scores. A store at 42/100 that climbs to 58/100 over six weeks is winning. A store at 78/100 that drops to 67/100 is bleeding. We tell you when the second one happens.

Can I cancel mid-trial or mid-cycle? +

Cancel anytime, one click in the dashboard or your Stripe portal. Trial cancellation = zero charges, ever. Mid-cycle cancellation keeps Monitor active until period end. No clawbacks. We don't get clever.

Will you spam me or sell my data? +

No. The only emails Monitor sends are: the welcome, regression alerts (only when triggered), and the monthly digest. We don't share audit data with anyone, don't sell it, don't use it to train the public audit tool. Cancel and your audits are deleted within 90 days.

Does Monitor work on non-Shopify stores? +

Yes. Monitor audits any public storefront URL. Shopify gets specialised scoring (Shop Pay, theme detection, app-bloat checks); other platforms get the general 8-category framework. Same alert mechanic, same email cadence.
