These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeakAudit (the"Service"), operated by LeakAudit ("we","us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LeakAudit generates automated AI-assisted critiques of publicly accessible websites across conversion, UX, SEO, copy, trust, performance, and mobile dimensions. Output is informational and is not a substitute for professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
3. URL Submissions
You represent that any URL you submit is either yours, owned by an entity that has authorized the audit, or is a publicly accessible website that does not prohibit automated access. You agree not to submit URLs that:
- Resolve to private, internal, or cloud-metadata endpoints.
- Host illegal content, CSAM, or malware.
- Are behind authentication or explicitly forbid crawling.
4. Payments
The CPR Playbook is a one-time $8.99 USD purchase per audit. The Agency Plan is $49/month USD with 20 branded audits per month, resetting on the billing cycle anniversary. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
5. Refunds
Because the CPR Playbook is instantly generated, all sales are final unless a technical failure prevented delivery. In that case, email hello@leakaudit.app within 7 days for a full refund. Agency Plan subscriptions can be cancelled any time; the current billing period is not refunded.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or build competing services from the output.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or payment walls.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on others' rights.
- Resell raw LeakAudit output as your own (the Agency Plan gives you branded PDFs to resell; other uses require permission).
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, and all non-user-submitted content are owned by LeakAudit. Audit output generated for you may be used for any lawful business purpose; citation is appreciated but not required. You retain all rights to your URLs and the underlying content.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
Audit output is generated by AI models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations. Dollar estimates are based on industry benchmarks and are not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, and unforeseen events may interrupt the Service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeakAudit's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LeakAudit against claims arising from URLs you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of audit output.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of LeakAudit's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
